3. Isn't that the truth KW
My husband knows not to rent those and expect me to watch with him. I can't do violence either anymore which leaves me with very little to choose from.:hi:

4. I know what you mean
It was truly a thought provoking film. Very poignant.

5. The best and most fair of them turned out to be
the same as those who were pretty awful. It was interesting how the characters dealt with their own stuff. When Sandra Bullock said her housekeeper was her best friend I thought I might cry. Damn humans are convoluted and all because we want to be loved and accepted, (short reason).

7. Spoiler ahead!
I thought the scene in which Matt Dillon's character pulls the woman from the car was really powerful. And the scene that the little girl almost gets shot.

8. Absolutely (Warning: continued spoiler comment)
He totally changed his tune and the poor lady wasn't sure if he'd rather burn or trust him. Yeah the locksmith's child, thank goodness the arab man's daughter knew nothing about guns or bullets.

9. The only thing I found disappointing - More spoilers
was the fact that homosexuals were not represented. The movie seemed to face (head on) all of the racial stereotypes.
