yesterday afternoon, while my partner was out with the dogs, she saw a couple of cars pull into knuckledragger's driveway.

knuckledragger comes out and is pointing out property lines, then he points to his house and says "...roof was replaced last year..." the little group then walks around the outside of the house and a bit later goes into the house

my partner comes in and says "I'm not sure, but I think knuckledragger is selling his house" She tells me what she heard.

about a half-hour later we hear knuckledragger outside, my partner peeks through our window - and says "YES! YES! I think he's selling, the woman there has property tear sheets in her hand, she's flipping through it!!!! Where can we find out for sure?"

Me: maybe there's a website for property listings in our area

I quickly run to the computer, do a google and Bingo I find a site for property listings in our area. Hands trembling, I type in the info ---

YES!
YES!
YES!
KNUCKLEDRAGGER IS SELLING!

they've also had problems with knuckledragger

they said they would throw a party on the day the knuckledraggers move out!!

This must come as a great relief to you, when I was mid-teens we had a damn irritating neighbour (nothing like as bad as him it has to be said), it felt wonderful when they moved house - especially as the new neighbours were very charming folk.

7. saves us some money

we've been discussing plans for putting up a 10 foot stockade fence in the spring along the property lines

even had a couple of contractors out to give us estimates...

now we won't have to do it!!!
