Looks like there was a prowler in the neighborhood

I drove in a while ago to find the cops doing their hands-on-guns-peeking-around-corners dance just down the block. They must have found somebody- there was a sudden small ruckus just a couple doors down and the cops all started running around into the alley. They've gone now, so the sanctity of my neighborhood is restored.
