Dobson must have been doing some Internet research for one of his sermons about doing pot, (that SATANIC weed, y'know...) and he was looking up "Zig Zag" papers on Google, and ran smack into this:

So Dobson picks up his Hot Line to Rove, Rove puts out the order to the speechwriters, and we had that drivel in the Bush SOTU speech.

I'm still sorting out where I stand on the issue. I definitely don't think all such research should be stopped, but I also don't think it should be allowed to happen completely unrestricted either. There is enormous potential here for human medicine, but also some unpleasant moral grey areas. Read for yourself.
