To me it was very disappointing. Typical end-of-the-world-as-we-know- it film.

1. wouldn't simply cutting off a toe end the world as you know it?
/phrase gripe As far as the movie goes, it had its moments, but it's still just another zombie movie in the end.

it was not as gratuitous as most american horror/sci-fi flicks though it had some gore. The sub-plot such as the racial/sexual tension between the heroine and hero also added depth to the movie. Overall I found it quite good.

5. Did you watch it on DVD and see the alternative ending?
Very interesting. A rooster took the place of the hero.

8. I found it quite enjoyable.
I didn't get the feeling that the director was trying to manipulate the audience as much as other films I've seen (in that genre)

9. I liked the shots in deserted London
that was really creepy. I loved the acting, and thought the movie was super entertaining.

10. I thought it was great and a parable for our times
The zombies were infecteed with rage... Some of them reminded me of freepers...

I flew up to Detroit back in August, the morning after the big blackout occurred, when almost no power was back on. I have never before flown over a large city that was so utterly deserted. It reminded me of 28 Days Later.

13. I saw it a few weeks ago.
Thought it was rather boring. Pretty predictable and while the cinematography was well done in many places, the acting wasn't. Whaddya gonna do? =)
