Bush conceded he and his brother tampered with the Florida election results in 2000. He admitted Al Gore won the election fair and square.

Bush also concede he and Diebold rigged the election results in Ohio and other states in 2004. He admitted John Kerry won the election fair and square.

He called for a run-off election to be held next Tuesday between Gore and Kerry, and that the winner will replace him when he leaves office next Wednesday in handcuffs to turn himself in to Fitzpatrick where he will confess to fabricating evidence and lying to Congress to induce them to vote for the Iraq War Resolution, that he has deliberately obstructed justice by concealing his personal knowledge of Karl Rove's leaking of Valerie Plame's name and identity to several reporters, and that he is guilty of over 30 million incidents of warrantless wiretaps and tampering with and opening the U.S. mail of innocent American citizens in violation of FISA and the Fourth Amendment.

He admitted that's just the tip of the iceberg, and that he will cooperate with Fitzgerald in bringing every neo-con in the country to their knees.
