Did the Spanish flu really start because someone was burning poop?
Someone told me that today. They said a couple of guys were burning burning a bunch of manure and that is how it originally spread.

I think. That's why everybody's so up in arms about bird flu now.

8. I read an account of the 1918 influenza...
(I THINK it was 1918)...

And the theory was that it was a variation of swine flu.

From burning the corpses and effluvia of pigs.

10. The had the burning pig manure story on the History Channel
supposedly it was right next to a camp with soldiers to be sent to WWI
