1. I posted a thread in GD earlier... from a zdnet article in november.
If they aren't by now, I'd be surprised.

Still, libertarians are unusually right on this one. Why police it? Those P2P systems have enough backdoors to let anybody in; never mind the rampant virii. The hackers are the corporates' best friend... still, politicing it all means the hackers can spend more time fiddling with major systems instead of going after the peasants.
