I got a call yesterday from an "Unavailable" number, which I don't routinely answer. So, the HR woman left me a message, to which I promptly responded. I left her a voice mail. No call back. I called again over an hour ago. No call back.

I think I'll join you in eating worms for a while. There will be other jobs, though. It's all good.

Probably the right job will find you... something closer to home and something that you will not only make a decent living on, but you enjoy as well. I hate it when people say to me "things happen for a reason" because unlike you, I'd be irritable and pessimistic at a time like that. Who needs some damn Pollyanna when you're disappointed and pissed? But I think that's been half my problem all along.

I think I can honestly say in your case that "things DO happen for a reason" And a good one at that. You've got a positive attitude and I'm sure that more likely then not, what needs to come you're way will. :-)
