We had them in grammar school where you take a notebook and write a question about at the top of each page like "What do you think of the owner of this Slam Pad," or "What's your favorite food." My 8th grade class was obsessed with them to the point of every student making one and sending them around to be filled in.
Reason I ask is I had a grammar school flashback the other day. The horror.
