Just got my back/neck put in yesterday.. Now its out again *$*$*

ARGH. I even had a steroid shot because of the knots. I turned my neck to see what my 2 yr old was doing and all I heard was pop pop pop pop pop . :cry: I hurt.

1. I'm sorry. I can totally relate. I've been having hip issues lately.

getting lots of chiropractic. I have a co-pay thru my insurance, but luckily they'll pay most of it. That's a bummer about the cortisone shot. I assume you pursued all options before turning to that, right?

I got one five yrs ago into my hip bursae and it was excrutiatingly painful at the time, but eventually, it actually helped...after a lot of Physical Therapy.

Have you gotten much massage? It can really help with those knots...
