6. The concept of the Prez determining what is constitutional is

pretty disturning.
Of course the chicken-hearted in congress expect the courts to step in, rather than the congress itself, which could put a stop to the president pretty fast by removing him from office. All the courts could do is go after his underlings, whom he could then pardon. Removal is really what the founders had in mind.
They should just tell him to piss off.
