It rained some on Saturday, but otherwise very nice weather, good company (went with friend who is ALSO a Dem :) )We had a condo in Pismo Beach, dined out on local seafood, partied and just had fun!

over the Thanksgiving weekend. I have an old friend who lives there and I've been going down for several years. I like the weather a lot. Lots of wineries nearby. Wouldn't have to give up my habit.

I have never watched so much football in the space of 2 days as I did this weekend, but with the Seahawks in the playoffs, I had to check out the competition!

Morro Rock's about 6 blocks from my house. If you went through the State Park as you came into town, you went right by me! If you passed by around 1:15, I was out in my front yard feeding a flock of wild turkeys.

It was a nice weekend. I went to one of the Birdwatching Weekend events...a raptor show. Incredibly beautiful creatures.

16. I was up there last month. Did you drive HWY 1?

Spent the night in Morro Bay and had a nice time. Its such a sleepy little town. Kind of like Mayberry of the west coast.
Did you have a chance to dine on any of those crabs that seem to be so popular up there?

There's a whole dock of seals/sea lions. I even saw one sneeze (yuck).
