Well, I mean, I can, I'd been reading about it for weeks. I just can't believe they had him get hit through the throat by "a gunman from an adjacent building." On MLK's birthday. AUGH.

And that was--by far--the worst episode of the series (I've been watching since Day One).

I'm disappointed they got rid of Palmer. I liked his character.

I guess they started the season in getting rid of some old characters. I wish they got rid of Edgar. That guy just annoys me. I especially hate him after his idiotic comments bitching about suspects getting lawyers.

BTW, there was a very interesting interview with Keifer Sutherland on Charlie Rose. Keifer was asked about torture and he said that while it may be used in the context of the show, he is dead set against the use of it. I believe his dad is very liberal and his grandfather was a major liberal politician in Canada.
