4. You are a terrible person. Yes, it's a young (hot) Esther Williams.
I am coming back without breaking out of this, so don't be smug. Be challenging.

11. Is the flapper Winnie Lightner?
The face from far away made me want to say "Fannie Brice" but I don't think Brice's body looked that good.
But I may be wrong...

3. I think it's Esther williams, and I'll tell you why:
That's the best looking photo of her Ive ever seen.
She was nice looking, but not quite THAT gorgeous.
It's the shoulders.
Swimmer's shoulders.

10. ...
Judge: Second word. (jury foreman indicates two syllables) Two syllables. (the foreman points to his first finger) First syllable. (the foreman starts to mime a fish while pointing at his throat) Bird?

Clerk: Swimmer?

Judge: Breast stroke.

Counsel: Brian Phelps.

Judge: No, no, no, he was a diver.

Clerk: Esther Williams then.

Judge: No, no, don't be silly. How can you find someone "Not Esther Williams"?
