10. I was in Clermont which isn't too far from the Disney parks

My best friend's husband works at the Magic Kingdom and it's probably a 20-minute drive to work (with tourist traffic). They just had a baby on December 21st and I had to go meet her - she's perfect!

13. It was actually very nice and sunny

For the first 5 days it was in the high 70's but then got down in the 50's yesterday and today. Last night the low was in the 30's which isn't so bad for an Ohioan but was unbearably cold to the Floridians.

I've been there before when the temperature was in the 60's and on the news they told people to "please bring in your pets" since a cold front was moving in. I almost died laughing!

It was a lovely week spent with friends and their children. Their oldest daughter is my goddaughter - she's 8 years old - plus they have a 3-year-old and a new addition as well. Here's her picture (she was born on December 21st):

I don't envy the mid-night feedings but other than that, she is a very easy baby. She's simply amazing! I kept joking with my friends that I was practicing on their children and that I should be an expert by the time we start our family.
