Okay, XM is REALLY pissing me off . . .
I'm trying to cancel service on my old radio because the new Honda has one pre-installed. You have to go through a special "cancellations" department (obviously geared to discourage people from cancelling their accounts) and wait on hold forever. If you call for regular account service or changes, you hold for under 30 seconds, if you call to cancel service in any way, you have to stay on hold for 1/2 hour or longer. Oh well, fuck it, it's their dime (an 800 number). I'll put them on speaker phone and work while I wait.

Grrrrrrrrr.

1. Just be glad you're not trying to cancel Sirius

I'm STILL getting pre-recorded messgaes from "Stephanie" wanting to know what they can do to get me to come back.

2. Really? When I cancelled Sirius last year I had no problems at all.
Weird.
