Poll question: Are these lyrics homophobic?
Anti-Heroes - Fuck Hollywood

Fuck hollywood fuck'em today
fuck the million dollar movies with nothing to say
fuck the sixties fuck Oliver Stone
Fuck Rambo and Sylvester Stallone
Fuck Jane Fonda and Shirley Maclaine
wisdh they were fucking John Wayne
Fuck Captain Stubbing and fuck Tattoo
and if you don't like this song then, fuck you!

Fuck Fuck hollywood! (x3)

Fuck Sonny Bono and buttfuck Cher
Someone hit Geraldo with another chair
Fuck Micheal Jackson and Child Molestors
fuck Rock Hudson and Schwarzenegger
fuck the actors at the presidential ball
fuck Oparah and Arsenio Hall
Beat up the beach boys those stupid pricks
singing about women when they're sucking dick!

fuck fuck hollywood! (x3)

fuck hollywood, warped sense of reality
Where the truth is always the first casualty
fuck the causes and the coalitions
the exercise they get is jumping to conclusions
fuck the sex and fuck the smut
fuck the guys who take it up the butt
fuck hollywood 'cause they make me sick
it's like sticking my head in a bucket of shit!

I rather think he did.

3. Not homophobic, just rabidly anti-everything Hollywood
True they mention gay sex a few times, but it's not the focal point. They apparently have a deep-seated hatred for Hollywood and all that it stands for, from talk shows to movie stars, musicians to lifestyles in general. Maybe they are just jealous because they couldn't make it there.

4. Homophobic "fuck the guys who take it up the butt"
Seems they protest a little too much... hmmm?

6. Yes
But, more importantly, it's idiotic. Oprah lives in Chicago and Geraldo lives in NY. What do they have to do with Hollywood?

7. How does one, er..."fuck the sex"?
For the band's sake, I hope their music's loud and screamy so the audience can't understand these terrible lyrics.

What's the name of this band, anyway?

10. The band is the Anti-Heroes
Name posted at the beginning of the first post. They're a street punk band, and you can understand the lyrics to this song quite clearly.

9. They look to have been written by an intellectually subnormal 17-year old.
There are a few bits of homophobia expressed --

Beat up the beach boys those stupid pricks
singing about women when they're sucking dick!

...fuck the guys who take it up the butt

-- but mostly it's just very BAD. In comparison, Kid Rock is George Gershwin.

11. I don't know if they're homophobic, but
they're intelligence-phobic, apparently.

And taste-phobic.

Class-phobic.

Talent-phobic.
