I have a computer problem too. HELP!

I have a task manager window that doesn't have the minimize, maximize or close options. In fact, there is no bar on the window at all. I even tried right clicking on the window to find those options with no luck.

It's the window that won't go away!! (it's not in my tray either. I even tried opening another task manager to see if that would fix it but nope)

I think I'll name it Jason.
