How many of you exist without a LAND LINE?

I went without for about a year, when I was moving a lot.

Then I got one when I bought my place, primarily because I needed a fax at home during my divorce action (asap documents needing to be signed, etc).

Now I've had it disconnected for about three months, and I probably won't get another one. Basic service is, like, $50 a month now.

Maybe if we get competitive digital phone servers up here, I'll get one if there's a $10/month plan, but apart from that, I seriously doubt it.
