So NSMA and I sampled some fine English ales today

We had a great time! :beer: Nini, NSMA, and I (we'll catch you next time, catzies!) hooked up at a British pub west of L.A., and started out with some bangers, onion rings, and chicken for appetizers. NSMA and I enjoyed a few bottles of Theakston Old Peculier, a pint or two of Fullers London Pride, Fullers London ESB, plus a pint of Boddington Ale, and a bottle of Old Speckled Hen. :toast:

We had a great time, in the London-like Los Angeles rain. :D

I love you and any genuine friends I have on DU, but a few opportunistic people think it's fun to mock threads with my picture in it, threads where people celebrate their friendship with me and threads where people post they met me. For some reason it doesn't play well in Peoria. Probably being snowed in makes people testy or something.

If you posted that I was in the hospital, ten minutes later there would be a snarky copycat or some likeness posted by either a drunk or manic attack dog.
