I can barely walk ...
Thursday night my building was evacuated due to some retards charcoaling on their balcony and someone pulled the fire alarm. Well, I had to hike down 11 flights of stairs...in flip flops...so now my thighs are killing me and I'm having trouble walking. Forget about standing and sitting. Forget about going up or down stairs. I'm screwed. Any suggestions on how to hurry the healing process? Help!

1. Soak in a hot tub. Get a massage
have someone massage your legs. Professional athletes get massages all the time, good both before and after sports. It can help get your legs back in shape faster.

2. Cold compresses on your muscles.
Ice packs (frozen veggies work great) on your thighs.
And take advil or motrin for the inflamation.

I hope you feel better soon.

4. If you're capable
after you feel better, make a habit of increasing the number of flights you can walk down without hurting yourself until you can walk back up them without killing yourself.

5. red tiger balm
but not too much, cuz it will feel like your skin is burning. i've been in your situation (sore legs from too much stair-climbing) & it really sucks. ice, cold packs & ibuprofen will help if you don't have ready access to tiger balm.
