Would I be a stalker?

There is an actor that lives in my hometown that is pretty well known but not a superstar - been in lots of movies and on TV. My brother and he had a mutual friend and they both attended the wedding. I think the actor might have been the best man. I have a few pictures from that wedding that were recovered from my brother's house after he died seven years ago. A couple are snapshots and one is a 5'x7' of the mutual friend and the actor looking at each other and laughing. I can't remember the mutual friend's name. I was thinking of mailing this picture to the actor (I have no use for it) and I found his address in the property tax listings for the city. Should I mail it to him? Would I seem like a stalker for finding his mailing address? I don't have an e-mail address or other way to contact him.

1. Send it via his management company.

If he's famous enough to have a listing in IMDB, you should be able to find contact information via his agent.

Send it there with a brief note that you have a 3rd degree relationship, you have no interest in the picture, and you thought he might enjoy the picture, and that no further communication is necessary.

I clicked on a couple of things and it said I had to pay to join. Am I clicking on the wrong stuff?
