I don't know which kind to get, and I suspect I will be using a LOT of it in the days to come.

2. Thanks-- think I'll have to order a lot, that little bottle looks like
nothin', LOL!

Not crazy about the price, but if it works, I'll be happy.

5. Does it work for dog pee also?
Cause that would be a helluva lot cheaper.

6. An indwelling catheter is quite helpful...
just strap the little bag to their hind leg and you're good to go for a day or so. Plus, you save on cat litter.

8. Check with online janitorial suppliers first
before thinking about buying some over-priced stepped-on stuff from the corner ronco dealer.

Seriously, I saw one gallon of enzyme deodorant (good for "removing odors caused by urine, feces, vomit, dead body.....") for 16 bucks(plus shipping). with a quick search.

Try the vinegar first, though.

10. I second Nature's Miracle
I get it from Pet Smart.

They have two formulas; one is exclusively for cats.

11. Petastic for cats is really good....
Edited on Sat Dec-31-05 03:47 PM by bettyellen
and very reasonably priced compared to others...make sure you get the kind with enzymes, and that it is targeted to the kind of animal you have, the enzymes are different for cats and dogs, and a lot of them have both types just to make them easier to market, but they don't work as well. so get it just for cats, if you can.
and it takes weeks to totally get rid of it, no matter what you do, so be a little patient.

I appreciate all the suggestions, at this point I'm ready to run out and buy all of them!

Thanks for providing some things to look at, that actually work.
