Sometimes Cheese Pizza is all you need....

1. Have you tried this?

Two slices of bread toasted.
Add a couple spoonfuls of Ragu or whatever your favorite spaghetti sauce is.
Add a couple slices of cheese, and back for 5 minutes on 350 F.

Yummy for a cheapo homemade version of cheese pizza.

I like it that way sometimes, or maybe with some feta. But once in a while you have to forget the peppers, mushrooms, bacon, onions, anchovies, ham, pepperoni, sausage and olives and just do the cheese.

I have had a lot of company here in December....

We had a death in the family that really hit my MIL in a bad way...

And then the drama of having a sister who drinks a little too much over the holidays...

Let's just say I am glad that it is all over now and I will settle into a calm tax season...
