Can you whistle?

I mean whistle — like you're calling the dog when he's waaaaaaaay down the street or you're hailing a cab in Manhattan.

I can't, and apparently it's a deep-seated wish, because I have a lotta dreams where I can.

I can do an ear-splitting "dog call" sort, and an old school (40's) wide-vibrato musical whistle. I can also call thunder down from the heavens to smite my enemies. (that bit hurts my head, though)
