weird ass dream I keep having...
...I don't know what this means (not that I believe in dream interpretation anyways), but I have this really weird dream I keep having.
My teeth in my left side of my mouth start to stick together and then I can't open my mouth again. I feel my teeth start to shatter and tear my gums apart and it feels like sandpaper.
I keep having this dream!

1. You don't believe in dream interpretation?
What are dreams then?

4. my personal belief on what dreams are:
I think dreams are sort of what happens when the brain is "defragging" all the information and stimulation of the day...weird images, feelings, etc.

I do find dream interpretations to be interesting though, which is why I like hearing them. I just wouldn't put much stock in them on their own in most cases.

5. I didn't mean that to sound smart-assed
It's just that interpretation is just trying to figure out what something is. I am guessing you mean it to be like "psychic" or something.

I think they are your sub-conscious telling you things. And sometimes, like you said, thoughts that are rumbling around in your brain.

6. no prob
I just know a few people that take their dreams *literally*, which I think is just a bit crazy. But as I said downthread, they do certainly have some substance and possibly show what your mind is thinking of. :hi:

2. Teeth-falling-out dreams are very common--almost universal
It may just be leftover ickiness from losing your milk teeth, but some interpreters think it signifies a feeling of powerlessness.

3. Too bad you don't believe in dream interpretation, because....
losing your teeth means losing your money, or sometimes, your self image or esteem.

Check out what's going on in your waking hours. You may be able to get the dreams to stop ifyou act on the hint.
