Just when I think my Repuke boss can't go any lower
he comes up with new and different ways to show what an absolute delusional scum-sucking asshole he is.

1) He owes me and two coworkers (who happen to be his relatives) a total of $180k in back wages.
2) He emailed us to let us know we had a choice between a paycheck and our w-2s in January. In other words, he needed our paychecks to pay his wage taxes. Since he put it in an email, we had no choice but to give up the checks (I wouldn't agree to supporting him in breaking the law) but he put the request in writing so I can and will use it against him.
3) He hosed one relative on their health insurance by not paying the premiums and not telling them.
4) The same relative loaned him 20k off a credit card to pay me and another coworker. He hosed the lender by not paying the credit card bill and the rate is now 30% on $20K
5) He told the same relative that if we didn't start doing things his way soon, he would go outside the company to get the work done. When asked, he just danced around how he would pay for it. I took this a veiled threat that he would fire me and the other relative. He does NOT want to know my response.

I am now taking his fucking company away from him or he is going to jail. His choice. I already have one lawyer working on the hostile takeover and three more waiting to sue his ass along with his two officers if he does not sign.

May next year be one of Dem revenge.

1. Now, that is just bizarre.
Good luck with your takeover.

2. Give him hell! That is so precious that he used an email to threaten
you about something so utterly and woefully illegal.

You've got this fucker by the balls, now!

"Choose between getting paid or getting a W2" <-- that man is FUCKED.

Your takeover should be finished by the time you take the cap off the pen needed to sign the papers. That's blatant blackmail. He's fucked.

4. That ship is sinking, my friend. Is there any way you can get out of
there?

Do you really think he's going to pay the taxes? I think it's just a delaying tactic to get out of paying you the money he owes you.

What a mess.

5. I have been trying to get out
for over two years. The problem is he has so badly screwed with my income, I can't get a decent job that would pay me what I was supposed to be making. Regardless, there are no jobs here and I can't really move so I am just going to have a go at his customer base. I will have a new product ready by Feb 1 that will replace his. It is everything our customer base has been asking for and then some.

I'll be fine in the long run, especially if I have to run my own company to do it.

7. Great Scott! That guy sounds worse than "the Little Dunce"!
The Little Dunce was a guy I used to work for back East. He is called "the Little Dunce" because he asked our art director to go run some errands for him on her lunch hour! No shrinking violet, she, she refused, saying, "No! I won't do it, you little dunce!" (she is easily four inches taller than the Dunce)

Before I got there, his longtime QA person told me that everyone would rush to the bank as soon as they got their paychecks, because the first few to get deposited had a sporting chance of not bouncing. In fact, after I moved from Conn. into NYC, I actually rode the train up there to work for him. Once. When I got back, there was a letter for me from the bank, containing yet another bounced check.

Then there was the time a woman using a wheelchair rolled down the street in front of our office, along with her service dog, a black Lab named Ike. The Little Dunce asked, "Is she exercising that dog?" :dunce:

9. Absolutely priceless...
"Is she exercising the dog?"

This guy is equally clueless. If I file with the state he is facing 90 days jail time per willful violation which is a missed paycheck or no paystub per month. With three employees, that is six violations per month. He has done this at least 20 times, so 120 violations * 90 days = 30 years...

They got Capone the same way. I'd be happy with him serving 90 days as someone's butt buddy.

11. Oh, I've got a million of 'em...
We always had the radio on in the office, usually tuned to the sports station (when the Dunce was around). A commercial came on: "...and helps prevent osteoporosis!"

Dunce (who attended an elite small New England college and had taught philosophy as an adjunct professor): "What's osteoporosis?"

:dunce: :dunce: :dunce: :dunce: :dunce:

Production employee, who had worked for DunceCorp for years and was on her second tour of duty: "I don't believe I just heard that!"

------------

Me, just returned from a weekend at the QA person's place (strictly platonic, alas), describing one of her four kitties: "She's a calico, but with tabby markings in one of the patches."

Dunce: "What's a calico?"

Me (thinking): "Well, he IS a dunce, but he did go to prep school in England; maybe he thinks they're called 'tortoiseshells'."

Dunce: "What's a tabby?"

:dunce: :dunce: :dunce: :dunce: :dunce:
