Why do local newscasts do this?
I watch a Milwaukee ABC affiliate, WISN channel 12.
When someone is beaten up, all too often the local stations (all of them) will show a picture of the guy's face.
Grosses me out big time.

Latest incident, a bunch of teenage punks dragged a guy out of his his car and beat the crap out of him.
Yup, the local stations just HAVE to show his face, all bruised and stitched up. :mad:

It gets you paranoid about going out, so you'll stay home and watch their news.
