I have had a headache for a week! Whine!
It seems to be getting better, but I'm wondering if it's a PMS thing, or a brain tumor thing, or an all my teeth are going to fall out thing.
Maybe it's a migraine?

So that's fun.

If it's not better by next week, I guess I'll see the doctor. Because I have all the money and time in the world to deal with health issues on top of everything else!

Whine whine whine whine!

1. See a doctor.
It could be hypertension. That was the symptom I had when I was diagnosed.

5. I've been thinking that....
but I keep feeling like I should snap out of it, like, what's my problem if it's hypertension? You might be right though, the pain is nuts and I don't think I can go on like this. I've been the crankiest person ever.

2. You think negatively, like me!
Is it throbbing or dull? Does it lateralize to one side or is it bandlike pain? Do you have any nausea or dizziness with it? (I'm not a doctor, but I play one on TV). See your doctor soon - don't make yourself suffer.

One suggestion: Track down SRK and have him give you a nice head rub!

Hope you feel better soon!

6. It's bandlike. Is that bad, LOL!
Like I said, it's getting a tiny bit better.

SRK is back in India!

3. first see a doctor if it keeps up...second are you drinking enough
I get really awful week long headaches and a lot of them have been the result of not being hydrated...sounds goofy but it is true for me..

7. I think so...
The first day or two I wasn't, but it dawned on me that dehydration might be a factor so I've been trying to drink a lot of tea and lukewarm water (cold water irritated my teeth and mouth for the first few days).

11. allegies maybe? Perfume, clothes softner,
food. Our systems change and sometimes what we have been able to tolerate changes and causes problems. Perfume and clothes softner became my problem.

9. I have been living with them for over a year now. 24/7.
I'm not kidding either. I ended up getting glasses, eye doc said "hatband" headaches are caused from eye strain. so, the glasses relieved some of the headache, but not all of it. I also see a chiropractor for my neck and TMJ issues. So many nerves are tied in that area, your sinuses, teeth, neck, and they're all "tied" together. I didn't have these headaches until about a couple of months after I had my last two wisdom teeth out. So, it kind of makes me wonder....

Go see a doc. Good luck.

10. I already wear glasses, dang.
Indeed, that's the part that really sucks, it's like my sinuses, my teeth, my neck, everything you said. And I'm like WTF is this?

Aw man, for a year now? :scared:

13. ay'ah.
when was the last time you had your script for your glasses updated? Just a suggestion. But definitly go and see a doc. It could be soooo many things. Don't jump to conclusions either. Thinking things like "oh shit, I've got a brain tumor" is only going to bring more stress on you. Usually these things are pretty simple, and the chances of it being something like that are pretty slim. (Thats what one of my doc's told me)

Even if you don't have insurance, go to the doc. I don't have insurance, and it's been a bitch, but we always find the money somewhere, even if someone doesn't get paid for the month. It's okay, and you'll feel much better when you find out what's going on.

14. Thank you....I called three docs and none of them were available, LOL.
Only one of them will be back tomorrow morning, too! Guess I picked the wrong three to call, LOL. Anyway, I'm going to try again bright and early, try to get in somewhere tomorrow without going to the ER, I don't think it's *that* serious. :scared: It sure does suck though.

Thanks, and I hope your headaches don't keep you too down!

15. Do you have a fever?
I don't have a fever, that's the only reason I'm not suspecting the flu.
I'm just uberachy.

I hope you feel better soon.
