i have a friend who has a similar condition and he hasn't had rhinoplasty, altho i think he should have something done, not gonna be the one to tell him tho, nostrils are simply not naturally symmetrical and if you HAVEN'T had any work done, in some cases they may become more asymmetrical as you age, and i'm not talking old, my friend is in his 40s

delay just doesn't look well-maintained enough to convince me that he's maintaining, a lot of men think they don't have to, you know
