Instead of prime rib, I accidentally roasted a human boy child for supper.
Am I bad?

I made a marnier sauce, so it seems this should be okay, especially given the accidental nature of it all.

But I thought I'd ask the wise persons on DU to help with this ethical dilemma.

1. Well, since he's already cooked
it would be unethical not to eat him.

4. Do you serve red or white wine with human flesh?
I know many gourmands suggest red, especially chianti - but I've found that can be overpowering for some less flavorful cuts. A good dry riesling is much more complimentary.

12. Marnier sauce lends itself well to kid
I'm still pondering the wine selection. I'm torn between a Pinot Noir and a Sauvignon Blanc - are we talking dark or white meat?

18. Jon Swift says,
"I have been assured by a very knowing American of my acquaintance in London, that a young healthy child well nursed is at a year old a most delicious, nourishing, and wholesome food, whether stewed, roasted, baked, or boiled; and I make no doubt that it will equally serve in a fricassee or a ragout."

Eat to your heart's content in the knowledge that you are doing your part to end world hunger!
