Why is this so offensive?
Edited on Thu Dec-22-05 10:07 AM by The-Cynic
Well, I've been banned by just about every con site out there, I don't know why, but I think it comes because I'm not dumb, I read the whole story before I look at the quotes or I'm jewish. But I'd just like to share why I was recently booted from Hannity.com, a very facist, very intolerant place.

You know why I went there son?
I don't know, I was doing fine in Afganistan, that was a mission, that was a serious mission, it required immediate action, it was globally supported, it was about freedom, and kicking a tall skinny coward in his butt, and it was justified. Iraq, why did I go there? I don't know, because it was a failure from the start, I knew, my friends we all knew you don't go invading a country, set up a democracy and then within a year later start another engagement, it was politics, everybody knew that, I can remember distinctly the conversation to Bagdahd in the C-17, we all were in a firm agreement, it was politics, something was going good in the states, and someone wanted to ensure a lasting legacy of freedom. It wasn't about saddam, it wasn't about invisible weapons, it was about one man's pride. And now that I'm home, and without a foot, I have that conversation drilled in my mind. I won't forget this, I won't forget what I accomplished in Afganistan, but I try to forget what happened after that...maybe Afganistan went so well because we had a coalition, we had trained troops, I don't know. Iraq---it reminded me of what my dad always blabbered on about when telling us of Nam.

If there's one enemy of a hurt soldier, its politicians, every politician, there is no good hearted man or woman, they're all out for money, fame and their own backs. Democrats, Republicans, Independents they're all scum.
