Stephen King has a big PEACE sign in front of his house this yr.
Does this surprise anyone, or were you (like me) 80+% sure of his political leanings?

1. That's
:scared:

"and in despair, I bowed my head
'there is no peace on earth' I said
for hate is strong and mocks the song
of peace on earth good will to men."

:applause: for Mr. King

2. In his Red Sox book
he has a bit about getting hassled by a cop for his bumper sticker: "Somewhere in Texas, a village is missing its idiot."

5. I bet it was a Maine cop-near his home;
Just trying to put Mr King in his place. SK lives on the cusp of that red/in a blue state line... (call it purple) and they're ferocious down there. They see as many "Invade Iraq-NO!" bumper stickers as "Bush/Cheney 2004" and it pisses them off big time. I'm better off with my bumper sticker here in the red zone then purple. They're sure I'm laughably harmless.

I didn't know he had a Red Sox book though :blush:
