Attention all people who can read English . . .
In the following sentence, are two people being compared, or are the sizes of funeral services for two people being compared?


"Becnel said the ceremony would take place in a Los Angeles church and would be on the scale of the funeral for Rosa Parks."

People in GD are up in arms because the lady who is organizing Tookie Wiliams funeral said it would be on that scale, as in as many attendees, as many speakers, etc.

People are moaning saying that she compared Williams to Parks, which is complete nonsense.
