235 miles total. Weather reports say it's smooth sailing once you get to St. Cloud. I sure damn hope so. I've never got stuck in a ditch in the 4 years I've been driving, and I damn well better not get stuck in one on this drive.

Driving conditions were better than I thought. Just a lot of wind and blowing snow. I didn't see a single car in the ditch on I-94.

at least ND/MN puts their snow plows out to keep up with the snow. I lived in IL for a few years and (where I lived) they waited until it was done snowing before they even thought of doing anything about the roads.

I'll be making my way up to ND for Christmas from CO. Hopefully the weather won't be bad.
