:)

All I can say is nobody busts out a smooth line like Pablo Neruda. :)

1. Are you trying to usurp Retro's throne?
Because if you are, I'll have to :spank:

2. I am but a humble poet, m'lady, here is what I am working on
Pretty rough, as I just started.

"You glide like springtime in a cobalt blue dress
I can smell the morning air and see birds chirping
In your eyes
Your skin must taste of sweet early morning dew

There you go again, my gentle doll, capturing the sun
You bring me the morning breeze; the bloom of youth
Your glance is cloudless
I feel as if I could write words for you forever"

4. funny you should say that
It reminds me of a friend of mine, who I had a crush on for like one day. She looked so magnificent that day when she walked into class with a blue summer dress that a mere mortal like myself couldn't help but be attracted to her. Men write poetry about women and moments like that. :) She's a great girl, one of my best friends now, although she moved about a year and a half ago to San Diego.
