I got a temp job!

It's a 4 week assignment auditing payroll records (yawn...) but it's a check and will help me keep the utilities turned on until I get a permanent job. Keep your fingers crossed for me.

I can get my daughter a Christmas present now. :)

It's working as a temp to undo the accounting mess for another temp agency. It's in a part of town that I don't want to venture into after dark and the office is above a bar. No need to dress up for this one! :rofl:

I *am* taking anything out of my car that might prompt someone to smash a window...

What I've done to survive. I'm also a part-time cashier at a grocery store. That is truly the hardest job I've ever done. Please be kind next time you're in a long line. We know how frustrating it is!
