WTF is up with "Iron Chef USA"? Do they understand at the "Food Network" that it was the Kitschy quality of Kaga, the ever present Oto (sp?) and the over the top quality of Quizon (sp?) that makes Iron Chef great? Why the "F" do we have to go and make it over? It's just like the makeover of "Ready, Steady, Cook" and the British version of "Trading Spaces".
