Woman Bites Off Tip Of Boyfriend's Finger During Argument

VILLAGE OF OAK CREEK, Ariz. --A woman is facing an aggravated assault charge after sheriff's deputies say she bit off the tip of one of her boyfriend's fingers during an argument.

Shannon Leah Mohr, 32, was booked into the Yavapai County Jail Wednesday on $2,500 bail.

Investigators say the incident occurred at a residence in the Village of Oak Creek, where Mohr lives. The victim was taken to Verde Valley Medical Center in good condition. Deputies did not know if the fingertip was saved.
