I'm trying it again! Quitting Smoking! Let the games begin!
I quit last January 1st. Cold turkey and didnt have one until March 29, when my Ma died mysteriously and I had to fly back east for the funeral, lawyers, family members...I picked it up again and have been smoking with a vengance since. Over a pack-a-day and my lungs, wallet, self esteem and energy have been zapped by this addiction.
Last smoke was about 1:30 AM and I want one now.
I just bought a membership to 24 Fitness and am going in to do some cardio in a bit.
Now the problem is my girlfriend. She's a 2-pack-a-day smoker. Always has one going.
Oh Shit, here it goes again!

1. NO! Don't give in!
:D :D

Good luck, though. Bite the bullet and take it full value.

2. Good luck maveric and stay strong. You will
feel so much better when you remove
cigarets from your life.

3. I'm on day 3 today.
It is hell and I feel like putting my fist through a wall, but try to remember dying from cancer is a lot more painful.

4. You can do it.
I had to quit several times until it stuck. But now, I can really tell the difference in my lungs. Keep trying -- do it for your health.
