Rise Against ruled, though, so it was worth it.

1/2 oz. Chambord
1 oz. Midori
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz. Jagermeister

Directions: Shake Midori and Pineapple juice with ice and pour into a rocks glass. Pour in the chambord so it goes to the bottom of the glass. Layer Jagermeister on top. There should be 2 different layers of color. Brown on top, green in the middle and purple on the bottom.

And that opinion is from soemone who drank Jim Beam and Southern Comfort (half-and-half), and a fair amount of it, at Mardi Gras once and lived to tell the tale. (We ran out of everything else, so it was either the Beam and Comfort or some kerosene. Next time, I think I'll take my chances with the kerosene.)

they never advertised that the C70 HPTs can actually hit the 155-mph governor with a few hundred RPM left before redline (this, I haven't tried), nor that they'll do 95 in third gear without hitting the rev limiter (this, I have done).

I picked the Volvo convertible because you can't swing a cat around here without hitting a SAAB or BMW convertible; I didn't realize until later how fast the damn thing is. 14 pounds of turbo boost is a real kick in the butt.

I'm keeping this one as long as I can. Gonna get a small pickup truck next year so I have something else to drive on non-sunny days.

Plus, Mrs R wants a pickup. That's reason enough itself. You know, I've never owned one of those before, not even when I lived in Texas?

14 lbs is good. I had a Buick Grand National that was running 18 lbs which was pretty huge for that 231 V6.

Still, fastest thing in a straight line in 1987...

And I got mine into the 12's pretty easily...
