Sorry ladies, but men are biologically predisposed to find younger women more attractive. Give me the choice (and no strings) between having sex with an attractive 21 year old, and an attractive 41 year old, and the 41 year old goes home alone.

The difference that many women don't always get is that the women men have sex with and the women men marry aren't always the same ones. An older woman with more life experience would indeed make a better lover, and a better partner, and a better lifelong companion. I had sex with lots of attractive women when I was single, most of whom I'd never even think about marrying. It's just a personal thing, I guess, with some people more bound to it than others -- just like any other of the more superficial (in terms of not necessarily, as you say, relating to character) things that people might find differentially attractive: hair color, skin color, physique, and so on. For me, having growing up to the age of my youthful crushes has kind of resulted in a diffusing of the whole thing, so perhaps my preference was in the first place simply always for women older than 20.
