Vaughn / Anniston Pulled Over For Sobriety Test

PHOENIX -- Vince Vaughn and Jennifer Aniston were pulled over by police in Scottsdale, Ariz., earlier this week, and Vaughn was given a sobriety test -- which he passed.

A police spokesman said Vaughn wasn't cited for any violation after a preliminary breath test showed the actor's blood-alcohol level was below the legal impairment limit of .08.

The spokesman said that Vaughn apparently had something to drink, but was not over the legal limit. Police suggested he not continue to drive.

Vaughn parked the vehicle, described as a white van or truck, at a nearby resort. He and Aniston then got into the car of a friend who had been following them.

For months, reports have swirled that Vaughn and Aniston have been dating.
