What's the worst thing you eat when your spouse is away?
Mine is roast beef hash from a can (Kay's Kitchen?) cooked extra crispy.

Where I live you can't go a block with out a place that makes the stuff. If she's not around I get sausage for the "topping".
I also bought a box of Cocoa Pebbles last time she was out of town.
Sometimes nostalgia is over rated.
