i have this anxiety about something just hanging over my head today, and it's getting really tiresome...not panic attack style anxiety, just an ongoing, low intensity anxiety...
Relax, take deep breaths and take your mind off of the anxiety itself. I usually find something that is very mind stimulating to do and that takes care of it. If its something stupid like watching tv my anxiety goes up 30x.
If it becomes a chronic problem, dont feel bad for asking for an anti anxiety drug. I have Xanax for this same reason.
