1. yesterday at about 1:45 pm
I laid down to watch a dvd. A few minutes into it I dozed off and thought I better put it on pause and just chill out for a few minutes. I wasn't even tired. Just relaxed. So I kicked back to relax and shut my eyes for a few minutes and I woke up 13 hours later. That never happens to me. Usually I can barely sleep. I feel more tired now than I was when I went to sleep. Must have overslept. Good luck though. I struggle like that all the time. :)
