1. i have no idea about the language,

my opinion is, every time we see a goth, we should invade their home, take everything valuable, and burn what we can't move or sell at the pawn shop.

now THAT is Goth.

or Visigoth.

or could even be Vandal or Hun.

3. Why don't we learn the Gothic language, dress up like Goths...

hang out with them and take a very "Goth-er than thou" attitude. From my observations, this is far more painful for them than any physical aggression.
