5. This one ain't so bad....
they keep it clean... Everything works... and, they have smooth jazz on the radio....

A New Yorker, a cup of coffee and hey, it's over before you know it...

Still, I wish we wouldn't wait until we have absolutly nothing clean left to wear.....

Hope your remodeling will be over soonest........

7. I spent almost 2 years using the Laundromat.
My washer and dryer died within 6 months of each other. It really made me rethink wearing a t-shirt for an hour then dumping it back in the laundry basket. Sox too. Put a clean pair on to run to 7-11 and then strip them off and throw them in the basket. Unfortunately as soon as I replaced the appliances, my old habits started creeping back.

20. Yea!
I'm sure you'll find better things to do with your money than rent a machine by the minute.

14. Amateur
If it doesn't make a ripping sound separating from your skin - it isn't dirty.

Follow that rule and I promise you'll only have to spend four hours a year doing laundry. :)

8. Welcome Home!
Now you and Laurie have sweet smelling fluffy things.

BTW ~ How does she like the camera we picked up for her?
Going to Costco's with you was quite an experience.

16. The more refined and advanced your playthings are, the more you need ...
to know about the proper operation of each.

You told me that you were very good with a camera.

I'm sure you'll learn how to handle it properly to achieve the desired results.

13. I did the laundromat thing for years -- ick!
One okay thing about it was, when I still lived in the central area of Seattle, these two gay guys bought the local laundromat, and actually turned it into a really cool place. There was always somebody on duty, so I didn't have to sit there, bored to tears, waiting for my clothes. After the wash cycle, I would go across the street to the Bagel Deli, and have some fabulous made-from-scratch chicked noodle soup and a fresh bagel. Laundry days were not so bad because of that.

Hope you get your remodeling done soon, though, so you don't have to forage out again to get it finished!

21. If only this laudromat was that cool....
They use to have one further in toward the city that had music, beer and wine.....

That would have been fun....
