Can someone tell me how to post a picture?

I'm reading the brothers and sisters thread and wanted to post a pic of my family, but I have absolutely no idea how to do it.

If you post, imagine you are talking to a five-year-old. I'm not stupid, but I'm behind w/computer lore.

2. I still have trouble

When I use photobucket I still end up posting a small thumbnail instead of a full-size pic, which defeats the purpose.

3. I don't know why...

I realize photobucket is size (in bytes)-limited, but you can still get fairly large (in area) pictures out of it...

7. Did you resize your pic on Photobucket?

I find their resizing tool a little confusing. I can never remember whether I'm reducung my picture by 25%, or I'm creating a picture that's 25% of the size of the original...

4. Use this site... it's very easy... and requires no registration:

You pretty much just follow the instructions.

Click "Browse" then choose your picture from your hard drive, then click "Host it"

On the next page, copy the link that appears to the left of "Direct link to image" and paste it here.
